If you like to have a drink occasionally, leave your money at home if you are going to do your consuming in a casino. I am serious. Leave your evening bag, your wallet, and keep all money, charge cards and chequebooks back at the hotel. Grab only the cash you expect to use on beverages, tips and only the pocket change you expect to burn and keep the remainder behind.
Contemptuous? Not by any means. Realistic more like. You may well have a profit after a boozy night out with your friends and be lucky enough to catch a long toss at a on fire craps game. Don’t forget that adventure seeing that it’s as brief as it gets if you continuously drink alcohol and gamble. These activities just don’t go well together.
Leaving your moolah back at the hotel is a tiny bit drastic, but defensive actions for dramatic behavior is required. If you bet to profit, then do not drink alcohol and gamble. If you are able to afford to throw aside your cash nary a concern, then drink all the no charge beer your stomach are able to handle, but don’t take plastic credit and chequebooks to toss into the mix of chasing losses after your dead drunk brain throws away all the cash!
Permit me to carry this a single step more. Don’t drink alcohol and then go online to gamble in your best-liked casino either.
